Reaching Lives, Restoring Hope: NRF at the Free Medical Camp

On 15 March 2026, at Chittaranjan Bangiya Samaj, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi.

The Neuroaid and Research Foundation (NRF) proudly joined this Free Medical Camp with a mission to bring accessible, compassionate, and holistic care closer to the community. From the moment the camp began-      Elderly individuals spoke about years of untreated pain, parents shared concerns about their child’s delayed speech, and young adults opened up about physical limitations affecting their daily lives.

NRF’s team of physiotherapists and speech-language therapists worked closely with individuals, not only       assessing their conditions but helping them understand the “why” behind their challenges. For many, this was the first time they realized that recovery was possible—that pain could be managed, movement could improve, and communication could be strengthened.

Out of 135 registrations, several individuals were identified as needing specialized rehabilitation—12 for   physiotherapy and 9 for speech and language therapy. A senior citizen discovering simple exercises to ease long-standing joint stiffness parent gaining clarity and hope for their child’s communication development Individuals being reassured that their conditions are manageable with the right guidance and follow-up

The camp also brought together a wide spectrum of medical services—from general medicine to neurology, ENT, orthopaedics, audiology, and more—ensuring that care was comprehensive and interconnected.

What made the day truly meaningful was the shift in awareness. People didn’t just receive consultations—they left with knowledge, direction, and confidence to take the next step in their health journey for NRF, every      interaction reinforced a powerful truth , accessible healthcare is not just about treatment—it is about enabling people to live fuller, more independent lives.

This camp was not just an event. It was a reminder that when healthcare reaches people where they are, it creates lasting impact—one individual, one family, and one community at a time.
